I first met this couple over a year before their wedding day and instantly knew this would be a fun wedding. They decided to get married at Bates Barn in Long Point, New Brunswick (Kingston Peninsula) and they couldn't have chosen a more beautiful location, the rustic barn and beautiful river made for a stunning backdrop.
But before the ceremony took place the bride and groom requested a few minutes together. Don't worry they couldn't see each other as they stood on different sides of the barn and held hands for a few minutes.
We jumped in my car to explore the area around the barn and to have some photos down by the river and while driving around found this beautiful deck. The homeowners waved to us from their window that we could use the deck and we jumped at the opportunity!
Bates Barn was decorated beautifully for the reception and the dance that followed.
I'm not always super prompt in writing blogs but I do try my best to stay on top of them during my slower winter months. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and head over to my contact page for more information
